Individual Raspberry Crumbles

Throw a crumble together with a mix of summer fruit for an easy yet so delicious dessert.
Serves: 8
Ingredients
  • 3 Cups of Raspberries or other Mixed Berries, Washed and Dried
  • ¼ Cups of Sugar
  • ½ Cups of Oatmeal
  • ¾ Cups of All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter, room temperature
  • Pinch of Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the berries. Toss with the white sugar. Divide evenly between 8 individual ramekins.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, salt and oatmeal. Add the butter and mix well - either with a creaming attachment on the Kitchenaid or by hand.
  4. Crumble the dough on top of each ramekin. This doesn't need to be perfect. Crumbles are rough looking desserts and this makes them taste better.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
